How are the products made?
All our products are handmade in Spain with great care and dedication. We use high-quality cotton yarn to create our flowers and pay attention to every detail to ensure a delicate and durable finish. As each piece is handcrafted, it is unique and may have slight variations compared to the photos, which is part of their charm.

How long does it take to prepare my order?
Each order is carefully prepared within 1–2 business days. For large orders, the preparation time may be slightly longer, but we’ll let you know by email if that’s the case.
How are the orders packaged?
All orders are lovingly packed in a protective box. Presentation is very thoughtful, with details designed to make the unboxing experience special from the very first moment — perfect whether it’s for you or as a gift.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! In the custom bouquets section, you can see all the flowers available in our shop and choose your favourites, as well as the colour of each one, to design your own bouquet.

Can I place an urgent order?
Express shipping is available for Spain and Portugal. If you need to receive your order urgently, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

The total delivery time includes 1–2 days for preparation plus the shipping time, which varies depending on the destination and shipping method. In general:
- Spain: 2–6 business days.
- Europe: 2–10 business days.
- Rest of the world: 5–16 business days.
